Fishermen

The CRAMA Association and Asinara National Park are partners in the TartaLife project, which aims to reduce sea turtle mortality in commercial fishing.

To halt this trend, the TartaLife project  has trialled more selective fishing methods, involving hundreds of fishermen. Refresher courses for fishermen have also been planned to make the rescue of animals in difficulty more effective.
